It has been 3 years since the new ISO standard 9001:2018 was made official. We, at Travel Managers recognizes the importance of upgrading our Quality Management System to the most updated version before 23 September 2018. In order to continue complying to the ISO standards, Travel Managers held its first awareness seminar on ISO 9001:2015, the updated version of our present QMS 9001:2008, with Ms. Lorna Valdez of D'Lanor Management Consultancy Services. RISK-BASED THINKING IS AT THE CENTER OF ISO 9001:2015
Risk-based thinking is hugely important in ISO 9001:2015. We are now strongly encouraged as an organisation to use risk analysis in order to decide for ourselves which challenges we should see in the management of our business processes. As this update is strongly a management initiative, how can Travel Managers fail?
